Summit Asian Supermarket

Eastgate Bondi Junction

Summit Asian Supermarket, located in Bondi Junction, has a wide range of Asian foods and ingredients, including snacks, sweets, beverages, pastes, spices, and frozen products. Located upstairs in Eastgate, next door to the post office, Summit Asian Supermarket has a great selection of Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai products that are reasonably priced.

New Bondi Asian Mart

173-175 Bondi Rd, Bondi

New Bondi Asian Mart stocks a range of well-priced Japanese, Chinese, Korean and Thai products selling products like kimchi, sweet potato noodles, pork belly, sweets, dry Asian groceries, sauces, oils, spices and more. If you are after crockery, you may also be able to snap up some Japanese crockery, and while a little more expensive, it is good quality.

Krinskys Kosher Supermarket

173-175 Bondi Rd, Bondi

Krinskys is one of the largest kosher supermarkets in Sydney, with a great range of Kosher groceries, meat and poultry, paper goods and fresh baked goods. You’ll find some great bulk discounts, and if you are looking for something special for Chanukah, Purim or Rosh Hashanah, Krinskys is the place to head to. 

Thai Kee IGA

Market City, 9-13 Hay Street, Haymarket

Situated in the heart of Sydney’s Chinatown, Thai Kee IGA offers a wide range of both Asian and Western groceries. Thai Kee IGA is the largest supermarket in Sydney’s Chinatown and stocks some of those viral Asian food items you’ve seen online, Lunar New Year holiday gift sets, desserts, fruits, vegetables and a whole range of dry goods. 

You’ll also find Thai Kee IGA at Shepherds Bay Village Plaza,11A Bay Drive in Meadowbank.

New Yen Yen Supermarket

New Yen Yen Supermarket is one of the largest Asian grocery stores located around Sydney offering from Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Malaysian and lots more. With four locations – Haymarket, Chatswood, Eastwood and Hurstville – it’s easy to find what you’re looking for. Like many other Asian supermarkets across the city, New Yen Yen offers dry goods, frozen goods, sweets, beverages, spices, and sauces. If there’s a comfort food you’re looking for, there’s a good chance you’ll find it at New Yen Yen Supermarket. 

H20 Toko Indo

309 Castlereagh St, Haymarket

If it is Indonesian food you are after, you can’t go past H20 Toko Indo. Located in the heart of Sydney, H2O Mart is one of the larger supermarkets selling quality Indonesian specialities, as well as a wide range of Asian groceries. H20 has been servicing the Indonesian market for a long time, and stock almost everything you could need including snacks, noodles, sauces, beverages, spreads, sweets, baking goods and personal care items. 

Maruyu Japanese Supermarket

537-539 Kent St, Sydney

Maruyu Japanese Supermarket have been providing Sydney-siders with Japanese products for decades, and specialise in Japanese food products including pantry goods, convenience foods, health foods, snacks, beverages and health and beauty items. Maruyu is within an easy walk of several university campuses, and just a few minutes walk to Chinatown and Town Hall train stations. 

Fiji Spice Market

591 King St, Newtown

Fiji Spice Market is the place to go when you are looking to find South American and Asian products – including hot sauces, fresh and dried herbs, coffee, biscuits, snacks and kitchen items. If you’ve been searching for those hard-to-find food items such as salsas and hot sauces, there’s a good chance you’ll find them at this small, but packed, Newtown store.
