How It Works In A Nutshell

We are offering a fairly simple deal. We lease the property from you for 1-5 years + and become YOUR tenant. If needed WE bring the property up to the requirements of our clients (including free painting and other minor renovations). We then rent the rooms on a per room/bed basis and take care of EVERYTHING as WE are your tenants you will only ever have to deal with us.

We rent boarding houses, commercial leases on buildings, hotels and backpackers.

We start paying you your guaranteed rent as soon as the property is ready to rent. This could be from the day we sign the lease.

How Do We Work With Real Estate Agents?

We provide a leasing service and are looking for suitable properties that we can lease long term (1-5 years+) to provide good quality accommodation for workers, young professionals, and students in the inner Sydney area. We work alongside several local Real Estate Agents and are always looking for reputable agents to work with.
